Next Steps:

  • Download the ‘How to upload your eventguide.
Please take the time to read the guide carefully, even if you’ve submitted an event before, as there have been updates this year.

  • Important: Events must follow the required template to be considered for approval.
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee your event will be included in the Festival. As a curated event, we aim to ensure a diverse and balanced program, which may mean limiting similar event types.

  • Send your PLI*, signed copy of the Terms & Conditions, and WWCC** (if required)
Please email your Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Working with Children Check (WWCC) to contact@wynlearnfestival.org.au. Use the subject line: [Your Business/Organisation Name] – 2025 PLI/WWC
Submit by June 16!

*You must submit a current PLI certificate for your business or the venue where your event will be held before your event can be published. See page XX T & C’s for more information.** A WWCC (Working with Children Check) is required if your event involves participants under the age of 18 or takes place in a child-related setting.  For more information about WWCC or to obtain a Check, see www.vic.gov.au/working-with-children-check
